Tanks could not taunt until level 70

A balance pass found that no class had a taunt below level 70 — the tank could not hold anything off the healer. Five classes gained real threat tools.

This only shows up when you lay all 49 kits side by side in one table and read down the columns. Nobody designs a game where tanks cannot tank. You just never notice until the spreadsheet is complete.

Vanguard now taunts at 40 and every block while foes are taunted charges a free Shield Bash. Sentinel, Bulwark, Hearthguard and Templar picked up threat tools of their own shape.
